Who I am
Castillo Media is run by Dario Castillo. I'm responsible for the details you send through this website. You can contact me at .
What I collect and why
- Preview requests: your business name, mobile number and, if you add it, a link to your Google listing or website. I use these to build your preview and, if needed, to contact you about your call.
- Call bookings: your name, email and the time you pick, collected by Cal.com, so we can have the call.
- Messages: anything you send me by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, to reply to you.
The legal basis is legitimate interests: you've asked me to do something, and I need these details to do it.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms delivers the preview form to my email.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks. Like any web host, it sees your IP address when you visit.
- Google stores my email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles any message you send me on WhatsApp.
Some of these companies are based in the US, so your details may be processed there. When they are, they're protected by UK-approved safeguards for international transfers, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
I don't sell your details or use them for anything else. I don't send marketing emails unless you ask me to.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your details within 6 months. If we do, I keep them for as long as you're a customer and as long as the law requires afterwards for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time. Just email me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar, when you use it, is provided by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
